Carried out Planning and Design of Infrastructure at New Dewas Scheme, A Satellite Township for Dewas.
2001
Planned and Implemented the 1st IT Park of Central India under SEZ in 2001.
2002
Provided services for first Housing for Urban Poor Project under VAMBAY (Valmiki Ambedkar Awas Yojana) and Integrated Slum and Housing Development Project (ISHDP).
2004
Planned and Implemented the 1st Township in Govt. sector in MP for IDA – Scheme No. 140 with comprehensive utilities.

Planned the 1st two City Development Plans approved by MoUD under JnNURM for Indore and Bhopal.

Empanelled by MoUD for preparation of City Development Plans under JnNURM.

Empanelled by MORTH for design of Highways and Bridges.
2009
Planned and successfully Implemented the 1st City Level 24X7 Water Supply Scheme in India for Khandwa under PPP Mode.
2010
Planned and Implemented 1st Regional Park in MP; the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Regional Park, Indore for IDA.
2011
Planned and successfully Implemented one of the 1st Bus Rapid Transit System Project in India for Indore.
2013
Planned the 1st two Slum Free City Plan of Actions for Indore and Gwalior approved by MoHUPA under Rajeev Awas Yojana.
2014
Prepared and successfully implemented first Greenfield TOD Project in India through Land Pooling Mode for Super Corridor Indore.
2015
Planned Smart City Proposals for Indore and Jabalpur for the Smart City Challenge Competition under Smart City Mission, India and were selected as winning proposals in first 20 proposals out of 100. Subsequently planned another 5 winning proposals for Gwalior, Ujjain, Satna, Sagar and Gandhinagar in round 2 and 3 of the Smart City Challenge Competition.
2015
Planned the 1st two Housing for all Plan of Actions for Indore and Bhopal approved by MoHUA under Pradhaan Manti Awas Yojana (Urban).
2016
Empanelled by MoUD for preparation of TOD Master Plans and NMT Master Plans .
2017
Undertaken Technical Consultancy for sector level infrastructure Development of Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, - Green field Capital City of Chhattisgarh.
2018
Formulated the State Level TOD Policy for MP and Prepared 1st City Level TOD Master Plans in India for 5 Cities- Indore, Bhopal, Gwalior, Jabalpur and Ujjain.
2019
Designed International Cricket Stadium at Jaipur - Worlds 3rd Largest Stadium by Capacity and World Largest Stadium by Field Play Area.
