PMAY: PRADHAN MANTRI AWAS YOJANA (URBAN)- The aspirations and requirements of the Urban Poor (EWS) and Lower Income group are kept in mind while designing the dwelling units. Under this scheme an integrated module of 1, 2 & 3 BHK has been developed on site where these units are provided to the beneficiaries at a very reasonable cost which is approx. 30-40 % less than the surrounding private property.
